411S burner vs 166S reader

I own a 411S burner, a 166S reader and recently bought a new DVD burner (Nec 3570A). So I have to decide wich device I will remove. I searched in this forum and still don’t know wich one to remove? Somebody says that burners read better than readers and other says the opposite.

I would like to use my reader as a normal use (and not for disk quality test or something like this): reading movies-music, riping, playing games…

Can somebody help me?

well if you uhh… “backup” games, then keep the -rom. if you don’t, keep the burner. otoh 166s does read -ram, so…
