300 meg 8cm CDRs?

In a review for a CD burner on this website, I saw a PICTURE of mini CDRs that said 300 meg/34 mins on the disc!

I can’t find any info about blanks in this size anywhere… 210 is the most I’ve ever seen.

Anyone know anything about these??

If you live in The Netherlands or in Belgium, you can order them right here, at the CD Freaks Shop  So they really exist

Can you send me a link to their location in th shop? I looked but could not find them…

Can I order from the US?

Never seen any 8 cm cd-r having capacity greater than 192 MB.

300 sounds cool.

Mine has 192 MB only.

I have been using some 250MB/28min 8cm CDR with my cheapo Napa MCD380 MP3 Player and they are great,

the ATIP info is:

ATIP: 97m 27s 01f
Disc Manufacturer: Digital Storage Technology Co., Ltd.
Reflective layer: Dye (Long strategy; e.g. Cyanine, Azo etc.)
Media type: CD-Recordable
Recording Speeds: min. unknown - max. unknown
nominal Capacity: 247.41MB (28m 10s 74f / LBA: 126674)

I paid 60p each (silver screen printed and full jewel case) and can get 4 Albums (I got 54 tracks on the first CD with 25MB left spare) on a disc at 128bit which is good enough for me,

the Discs I bought at Bowlers in Manchester (computer fair) but they took some finding as there was only one dealer selling 8cm CD’s (hence the price!)

here is an image of the box

however I haven’t come across any 300MB discs … yet!
