I wouldn’t use any Ad Blockers if the ads weren’t so down-right anti-user. Between ads that slow the browser to a crawl, ads that take large quantities of bandwith to download, popup ads, and tracking ads (especially tracking ads), it’s a wonder that there are far more people using ad blockers.
Did I mention “scare” ads? You know, the “we’ve detected a virus, give us you social security number without asking questions” ads?
Anyway, I’ve noticed a few ads on Myce.com. I currently have one tab open with the “Giganews Usegroup - 3 months 50% off” ad. As far as I can tell, it’s just a simple static ad with no trackers. If, by some unlikely chance, those ads became more common, plenty of people (including myself) would probably stop using ad blockers all together.
