1Click Won't copy working version to HD

Hi all. I’m a 1Click/Dvd43 user. DVD43 has no problem getting through copy protection and 1Click has no problems starting up. The problem is that whenever I try to make a backup with 1Click it will copy the movie to the hard-drive just fine, but when I try to test the copy on the HD it doesn’t work. The menus are inaccessible (I can click on them but they don’t respond, in fact they don’t even highlight) it copies all the “Extras” data as one long file (Menus, chapter options, anything unrelated to the movie itself) and no matter how I’ve tried I can’t get it to work properly. Even when I try to make a “Movie Only” disk it won’t do it right, instead it only copies the movie in parts which have to be played individually. I am able to play DVD movie disks themselves on my PC without a problem, but there’s no way to create a working backup thru 1Click.
I have tried to burn one of these bad copies frommy HD to disk but predictably the disks won’t play at all, not on my computer or my DVD player.
I’ve tried everything I can think of: checking the firmware is up to date (the drive and F/W are Lite-On SOHW-1633S, BPSA in case anyone’s curious) doing a PC test to ensure the drive’s working properly, trying different kinds of disk media to see if it recognizes and plays them all, making sure the drivers are up to date, doing clean installs of 1click and DVd43, using AnyDVD instead of DVD43. For the life of me I can’t get my PC to do this one simple thing, and the fact that it otherwise is working perfectly only makes it more frustrating. Can anyone suggest a way to help? TIA.

Have you tried the following forum:

http://forum.lgsoftwareinnovations.com/index.php?

Many people have said that having both AnyDVD and DVD43 can present a conflict. Other than that I would suggest you go to that forum.

Thank you for your input coodbe. I should have added in my earlier post that I never had AnyDVD and DVD43 on the computer at the same time, since I’d heard about the conflicts they could cause and damage the system. I did clean uninstalls/installs of each before putting on either program.
I’ve checked out the lg forum, but hadn’t put a post on it. Will give it a try. Thanks again.

You are 3 versions behind current v4.2.9.10

You must keep 1Click up to date when using DVD43

6/6/2006 9:22:46 PM info Destination : C:\Movies
Create a ‘sub’ folder in “Movies” and direct to this folder

Destination : C:\Movies"New Folder"

Are you currently using AnyDVD or DVD43 ?

Make sure that you have the most current version of your decrypter
