GUY’S
Despite the good news on friday with the stock
market closing up for a change. There’s more bad
economic news for us, and our savior BARRACK.
More then 14,000 retail stores are closing some or
all of their stores. The sad news is this means huge
job losses for people.

Unlucky.

Maybe the closures will give people less opportunity to waste their money :iagree:

Hehehehe

It’s the same here BTW, with many of our best-known stores and companies going into administration - Woolworths, Wedgewood, MFI etc.

Woolworths apparently closed (the last 100 of) it’s stores yesterday.
According to the .au news, which is probably as reliable as a Nero disc verification.

Oh dear

I suppose we had better find someone to vilify.

Hehe, the .au news is probably right on the money about that - so many stores etc are having problems, I get confused about who’s completely gone down the tubes and who’s not quite there yet

I read the BBC News website each night, and it seems a new store/company goes into administration or is cutting jobs/closing stores every time I look.
