After updating to C0deKing's iHAS220 8LC2 firmware the program still locks but different than before and will not close even using the task manager, had to reboot.
This problem could be because I have the drive on my SATA card and not on the motherboard SATA.
edit: Just seen Erics posting of the new version, will give that a try

Thanks Erik, I'm off to test it.Quote:Thanks for all the feedback
I'm still checking a few reported issues but most of them are fixed in 1.10 which has just been released.
I hope my 716UF finally works well with this version.

The new version is great, I can finally see the graph tracings!
And indeed the CPU usage bug is finally fixed.
More testing to come

I'm using the application under a Windows XP SP3 Virtual Machine, so that may be the difference between my iHAS220 and yours...Quote:No luck here, the program locks when choosing the iHAS220 and the will not close without a reboot.

There's still no Jitter reporting with Sanyo Plextors, but 1.10 doesn't crash when finishing a DQ test with a 716UF.
Same disc as this one a few posts up.__________________

Here's a complete set of tests - I like having everything in one window (and no results popup windows!), it also makes the results easier to check. __________________

tried the new version and still nothing, selected the driver, and program stops responding.
so far the only thing that works is the counter for the trial, i'm on day 7 of a trial that never happened.

Lol that's funny.Quote:...so far the only thing that works is the counter for the trial, i'm on day 7 of a trial that never happened.
I hope you get it sorted out. There are still a few bugs but aside from some "compatibility" problems 1.10 is quite functional.

One thing I'd like to be put back is the ability to burn ISOs straight from the application itself, much like how CD-DVD Speed did it. __________________

Also the write speed is displayed wrong on my mediatek drives (223f & iHAP322), motherboard is K9A2 CF-F V2.
On my LG H44L and my 7240S it displays the cd-r burn speeds correctly.
I also think that is has some problems displaying the buffer correctly.__________________

It was a disc quality scan of the CD-R.Quote:Tried a CD scan using Optiarc AD-7200A (USB connected) and got a
message. No crash here.
I had also tried CD Bler first and as expected, was told the drive didn't support it.
Like others, I also had lots of trouble getting it to scan at anything other than 4x. Every time I refreshed, the speed beside the drive list went back to 4x. Eventually changing the speed above the start button, to a speed other than 40x, and then back to 40x, allowed the drive to scan at 40x.__________________
