Help with CD Copy

    I've been pulling my hair out trying to copy a cd. I've used Protection ID with the following message:

    Scanning -> E:\EULA.exe

    File Type : Exe, Size : 15637226 (0EE9AEAh) Bytes
    -> File has 15555306 (0ED5AEAh) bytes of appended data starting at offset 014000h
    [!] Possible CD/DVD-Check String -> CD in the drive
    - Scan Took : 1.906 Seconds

    I've tried to use Alcohol120 and successfully burned the CD but still could not install the software. Everytime I put the copied in the drive it gives me the following error: "the program cannot run without the original cd in the drive".

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

    It looks as though you've been trying to scan the cd. Install the game, then scan the installation folder and report back.

    I've just noticed that this cd can not be installed. It has an interface produced by macromedia projector and it has many videos within it. One other significant thing that I notice that there is a folder called xtras and it contains a lot .x32 files. I did a scan in this folder and one of the file has the following message:

    Scanning -> E:\xtras\DirectMediaXtra.x32
    File Type : Dll, Size : 331776 (051000h) Bytes
    [!] Possible CD/DVD-Key or Serial Check -> Serial Number
    - Scan Took : 0.641 Seconds

    I hope this will lead me into something valuable.
