Question: ImTOO DVD copy express

    Hello!
    I have used ImTOO DVD copy express probably 20 times without any problems. It was such an easy process to copy a DVD. About 2 weeks ago something changed. I can only copy the opening menu of the DVD. The menu screen does show the "play" option but it does not play. Also a little additional info about my system. At the same time, my computer ran out of memory. I have since deleted/removed enough from my system. I have even deleted my program & reinstalled hoping that would solve the problem. It hasn't. What am I doing wrong? Please help. Any advice would be appreciated.
