Capture to file/clipboard Button for Nero CD/DVD Speed & Inconsistent Burns in Vista?

I was wondering if anyone knew why I can't get the capture buttons to show up in nero cd/dvd speed. I take disc quality scans after I burn to make sure it has low pie/pif for long term backups.

In Vista I am unable to get the buttons to show up, I remember that it did show up at the very start at some point. I have Nero Ultra Edition installed as well as a separate downloaded latest version of CDSpeed.exe. I've restarted and tried to disable and re-enable but can't get the capture button. It's annoying to capture to troubleshoot on the forum. If anyone can help, or if it's bugged in Vista please tell me.

I'm actually trying to trouble shoot why in Vista when I burn data dvds with my Taiyo Yuden TYG02s on either my Liteon 1653S-CS0T or Benq DW1655-BCIB, I get some good burns, low PI failures, 1-4 max quality score of 95-98... Then sometimes I get crazy bad burns like the following. The first 2 are showing the same TYG02 media burnt on Liteon, one good one bad, the benq scan shows the horrible scan... I keep having to reburn.

Any immediate help would greatly appreciated.

Seems like I figured out the button problem. It doesn't show up with aero glass vista, have to set it to Vista Basic.

In the start menu; right click of CD-DVD speed, select properties, then compatability, then put a check in "Disable desktop composition".

This will auto put the capture buttons back for you with Vista.
