The popular BitTorrent client Transmission is now also available for Windows. It took the developers 10 years to make the software available on Microsoft's operating system, previously it was only available for Mac OS X and Linux.
The developers of the software decided to release a Windows version of Transmission because there was a lot of demand. Currently the Windows version of the BitTorrent client is exact port of the Mac OS X and Linux version. It's possible the Windows version will receive new features in the future.
TransMission for Windows version 2.92 is currently in beta which is why the Transmission website doesn't list it yet. However the developers have made a x86 and x64 MSI installer available which can be found at the bottom of this list.
