Dare!: Fastest 16x best quality full disc sub 5:40

BenQ / Philips Writer Discuss, Dare!: Fastest 16x best quality full disc sub 5:40 at CD and DVD Writers forum; Ahhh ... I hear ya then. My Fuji's aren't the most consistent than say jegus' Plextor TYG02's. Sure would be nice to get his results on my TYG02's. Ok, then. Best of luck with the HOF quest @ 16x.

Thanks crossg,

I just went through 6 disk to get this, by the way, I just figured out the Qsuite quick scan spin up trick. I think you guys have been keeping secrets from the rest of us.

Hehe. No secrets here. MacClipper figured that out long ago but I guess it got buried in old threads. Quikees force spin up does the same, I still use both methods.

Ahhhhhh.........Now do we change the name to HappyDan?? As gman said, no secrets here, but I will give you an F.Y.I. If your going to use force speed up, use Quickees. Some people including myself have had some hangups with QSuite. Don't know if it's both progs fighting against each other or if there's a bug in QSuite but I know others were bitching about it. I dumped it and my lock ups have ceased.

So who's going to break the 5:31 barrier?

No worries zev... Just giving ya some friendly crap. You've done a fantastic job with the chart but I'm sure you have a life too. (I hope) Just wanted to make sure you hadn't forgotten. I'm kinda interested to see where everyone stands to date. But when ever you get a spare moment it will be appreciated by everyone I'm sure. Thanks for your time and work.

I think he's been trying to break the current record most likely. It is his chart after all. So, why not own it outright. Hehe.
