Disc booktype doesn't effect burntime in any way. It's the long MediaTek pre burn calibration time that holds us back from sub 5 minutes burns.

Burned at: 20x speed
Burntime: 5:05 (46 seconds preburn calibration)
Drive/Firmware: ****@DW2000/6B33 "Fastburn Firmware"
QSuite settings: Default.
Burned yesterday, scanned today.

Compare burn speed with my DW1640 and a 16x "fast burn" here. Merely 10s difference between a 16 and 20x burn...

Note. Have no idea what drive did for those 82 seconds. The burn went well and that's what matters.
Interesting, this burn is a few seconds slower then the same media at 18x when on DW1810/SB31 firmware.
