It's kinda weird, when I burned all the disc on 8x and 12x with WOPC on, the graph showed no WOPC occur... just like when the WOPC turned off...

not yet try with 16x

hi codeking,

thank you for the firmware

in the DW2000.9B3E.patched-fb-esb_2.rar files was an EOHT2 document. this document states:

Quote:
All -eoht firmware in this file are EOHT II
i would assume that EOHT means EWOPC but i dont see WOPC in any of the firmwares.

EOHT = ESB (so those firmwares with -esb is the EOHT equivalent)

ESB affect how the WOPC work, so turn on WOPC will get ESB to work.
Your burns showed you are using ESB firmware already and it's working

Thanks troy512. I've updated the file with a new message that says "ESB II" and "-esb". Sorry for the confusion.

FYI, turning on Solid Burn will enable ESB II and it's enabled for most media with just WOPC enabled. For some media, WOPC is forced off.
