Please Help: BenQ dw1655 Lightscribe dvd drive
| BenQ / Philips Writer Discuss, BenQ dw1655 Lightscribe dvd drive at CD and DVD Writers forum; I haven't tried to burn anything for at least 6 months. When I tried today the drive registered all media as a cd. I tried HP Lightscribe DVD+R 16x, Magnavox DVD+R 16x, and HP CD-R 52x. None read as a DVD. I have made many burns with both DVD discs |

| I currently have BCGB. I have uninstalled the drive then manually detected it through device manager. Would shutting down and letting it detect that way make a difference? If so I will give it a try this evening after work. Thank you for the reply! |
