| Not sure what just happened, i was attempting to burn a movie and about 2 minutes into it, my computer locked up. After many restarts my burner does not like to even be plugged into my computer. Each time i do so it locks up and AS SOON AS I UNPLUG it, everything opens at once. Windows displays a message that says something like it is no longer recognized in the usb port.. What do i have to do... this is crap!!! thanks alot |

| Go to the Device Manager and uninstall the drive. Reboot and reinstall it.
