Look for the GSA H62N (or H62L for S-ATA lightscribe). I just picked up one at Best Buy yesterday...about $50. Works fine, but occasionally causes POST to hang if the BIOS is set to SATA as AHCI (Intel D975XBX). Not a problem with BIOS set to SATA as IDE...and that may be the spec for ATAPA devices on SATA.

Hmm..they have H62LI for $60 on website..

it seems they rarely have non LS version..so $60..HMM..I hate to pay so much for the drive...but it seems to be a champ the H42 series ala SATA H62 series

ok this drive will be $50 tomorrow at BB..I am getting one and will move my samsung SH183L to another PC or keep in with this drive

Yep 2601's scan looks good to go. You have the same 3 LS burners i do or will i should say.

Oh, I see their is another drive to purchase the LG-H62N! Hmmm...very tempting indeed! Any BB online coupons that can be used to purchase this new LG drive? I only got a $5.00 off BB rewards coupon to use.

I'm going to this summer hopefully. Your the one with all the drives

I haven't got any coupons in the mail nor have i seen any here. I'll have to go see if i have enough points for a $5 rewards coupon but i doubt it. Nope i don't.

The drives are in 3 PCs....and one ext. enclosure
I need to build to offcie PCs and was going to use H42N from newegg @$35/36 shipped but may wait for them to get this drive

seems BB get an exclusive on certain drives for a period of time..ie H22L took forever for newegg to get
I would love newegg to carry the H62N....I dont need LS
