| Just purchased a new Philips DVD8631 and installed on my Dell Dimension with XP. Everything seems to be fine. EXCEPT! I burned a CD and it worked fine. Then I tried to burn a DVD, and I keep getting this ERROR message: "'Please insert a blank DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW disk"" I have a new blank DVD-R in the Phillips DVD player. WHY am I getting this message? Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
