| Cannot import C:\documents and Settings\Owner|Desktop\AnyDVD.reg. The secified file is not a registry script. You can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor. This is what I get when I try to register. When my trial copy expired I uninstalled the program. I changed my mind and decided to purchase. I reloaded the program and have been trying to register it for 3 hours. I need help, please. |

| @ LAMEBRAIN, How did you obtain this “AnyDVD.reg” file because that is not the format that SlySoft sends the Registration Key to their Customers. SlySoft customers receive detailed instructions on how to properly enter the Registration Key when SlySoft sends the Registration Key to their Customers. If you have a Registration Key from SlySoft you enter it by going to Start and then to Programs and navigate to SlySoft. Then click on “Register AnyDVD” and then import the Registration Key. If you are unable to enter your Registration Key I suggest contacting SlySoft and ask then for assistance. SlySoft is very helpful in helping their Customers whenever they can. Best Regards, bjkg |

| @ LAMEBRAIN Slysoft (AnyDVD) and Olli (CloneCD) are on this forum all the time... so maybe it'd be a good idea to make yourself scarce... this is like asking the author of the software how to use a crack - or go and use decryptor and shink - as they're free anyway |

| surprised we dont have merther02 aka MiniME over here using his loudhailer "THIS IS A DOWNLOADED WAREZ COPY" but I think he hangs out in the games protection doing that ;-) lol |

| FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions I cannot register the software with the key by doubleclicking onto it although I am Admin on my system with the program installed on a local drive. Please try the following: Rename the file 'Key.CloneCD' (or 'key.AnyDVD') to 'CloneCD.reg' (or AynDVD.reg) and then doubleclick onto it. Then you will be asked to store the information in the registry (you have to be Admin on your system for that and CloneCD/AnyDVD has to be installed!). Choose 'OK' and you're done. |

| Yes you don't have genuine reg keys, if they are expiring that means they have been blacklisted so I would check with the source you "bought" them from, A friend of mine thought he had purchased both CloneDVD and AnyDVD from a computer fair but then when he DL the new versions it unregistered, once I explained it to him he bought them online from Slysoft but he was pissed to have bought them twice! some people don't realise they are buying stolen keys! |

| I did buy them directly from Slysoft's website. The key's that I used were the ones they sent me directly to my email. For some reason when I purchased them the links they sent me never worked, so they attached them to an email. Should I email them back and have them make sure they are valid? I just want to make sure that I'm not doing anything wrong in the install part before I tell them there is another problem with the key's they sent me. Thanks for your help. |

Uninstalled the program and reinstalled. Restarted my computer. The first thing I did then was click on the key. It worked. Go figure! |

| Look guys, and in case no one has noticed, which apperantly alot of you haven't, SP2 included a new security feature thats stop's application or registry entries from being merged and alot of developers haven't update their readme's, it's no secret and a pretty easy fix, if your running service pack 2 you'll need to right click on the key you receive from slysoft or element 5 and then goto properties look at the bottom you'll see a button to "unblock" the file, this will remove the problem of getting the key to properly merge. Either by double clicking and mergeing or right click and merge. If your running service pack 2 you will have to do this to rar, zip, reg, bat or any other file XP SP2 deems is a threat. |
