Bug report with Sandisk U3 Drive

Log shows "scanning for SCSI/ATAPIdevices..." and dies... Entire PC hangs and must be rebooted UNLESS U3 drive is unplugged... Can't access the proper "removal" tool for the U3 drive during the hang... |

| If you read my post... I am already running 6.1.0.6... No change from previous attempts to correct this issue... Big issues: 1) ANYDVD seems to lose registry setting to DISABLE the U3 drive with upgrades... After setting "disable" it seems to work OK, but the setting is lost if the drive is "not there" 2) CLONECD totally hangs system if started while the U3 drive is plugged in during the initial drive scan as shown in log... this is totally reproduceable at each start-up. |
