That's what it says. I don't have the time to test that theory right now, but, according to the release notes you can use the AnyDVD Ripper on BD+ titles that have known keys.

Just a note on the BD+ code in this release. Peer clarified it on the Slysoft forum that it's *NOT* breaking BD+, only copying it. What this allows is for a software player like PowerDVD Ultra to play back a ripped disc from the hard drive. There are reports of some people burning those to disc and playing them in PowerDVD Ultra, as well, but, I do not believe those discs will work on a stand alone player. They are still hard at work on a full solution for BD+.
