Flashing Firmware

Hi all i`m trying to reflash my firmware on my pioneer DVR-110D from 1.41 to 1.37 but i have never done this before ..I`m kinda stuck at which command lines to use in order to reflash.. Can anyone help Please.. Thanks
This what i got when i ran the DVRFlash Program..

one of the device(s) listed above as first parameter

Press the Return key to exit

It is all explained in the DVRFlash readme.

Put all firmwares and dvrflash in the same folder, navigate to that folder, THEN run a dvrflash command.
If you have no clue what you are doing, don't do it. Better ask first and READ the readme.
