Errors using PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112D

Hello, dear fellow Members,
I am asking for any help possible with the folowing problem:

I have acquired a new computer system which includes 2 DVD/CD-ROM drives:
1. PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112D (on which I have performed successfully the conversion to the latest firmware (1.22)).
2. LG-HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-5163D (External USB Drive).

I am attaching the following files:
1. My computer system summary and description (Sandra-Sisoft).
2. 2 log files showing the performance of the DVD/CD-ROM drives in adding or copying data.

The recording media which I have deen using exclusively, are the Verbatim CD-R 52X Super Azo (crystal) and the advanced AZO+ DVD-R 16X.
The software which I am using are Nero 7.0, Alcohol 120% and occasionally
Ashampoo Burning studio 7.

Whereas the LG-HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-5163D performed faultlessly in all copying / burning performances,(using every kind of software) PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112D performed very poorly (if at all), taking a long time to read CDs and DVDs, giving errors when writing to CD or DVD media in burning tasks, all the time with errors.

I would like to know if the fault lies with the PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112D burner, or in the compatibility problem of the Verbatim media.

Incidentally, I have used the Philips CD-R 52X media with the same bad results (only when using PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-112D).
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

Skip or update Nero and try with IMGBURN.
