| Hello all, Today I get a new AD-5170A device. I must use it as an external device, so I get it with USB 2.0 external Enclosure (VPM-6228T). I connect it to my comp. USB port, it was recognized by OS (Win XP,SP2). I have Nero 6.6.1.4 for burn. The problem is: when I try to burn something (for example: DVD data disk on Verbatum DVD-R X16 media), I get the next problem: "SCSI command aborted" What i need to do to be able to burn disks? Please, help!!!!! I can't work!!!!! Thank you in advance for help Artur Full Log file data (write speed here is X4, but I tryed with different speeds up to X16 - same result): -------------------------------- Windows XP 5.1 IA32 WinAspi: - ahead WinASPI: File 'C:\Program Files\Ahead\nero\Wnaspi32.dll': Ver=2.0.1.74, size=164112 bytes, created 02/11/2004 12:54:32 NT-SPTI used Nero Version: 6.6.1.4 Internal Version: 6, 6, 1, 4d (Nero Express) Recorder: Adapter driver: Drive buffer : 2048kB Bus Type : via Inquiry data (1) -> ATAPI, detected: ? | I cannot say 100% sure, but I assume your enclosure does not support optical drives. At least it doesn't seem to support your drive.

| Thank you for reply. I find the problem...It's name "Reflex" programm Our system admin. install it and set all USB connections as ReadOnly...Strange, you can move data to disk-on-key, but you can't burn Well, that's problem for other forum - how "kill" the Reflex agent |

| I assume you're using your company's PC. In this case you really shouldn't mess with that "Reflex" program. I'm sure that some people already lost their job for messing with this kind of programs.
