Hi, James. Thx for the tip. Since my DRU-842A (=Optiarc 7200A) only lets me scan CDs at 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x, and 48x with CD-DVD Speed, I re-scanned at 20x and got the following (very similar to the 48x scans):

I loved that MKM 001 at 8x! For w/e reason my batch won't burn well passed 4x.

That's my best MKM 001 burn to date. My Pio 116 gives decent DL burns too, but nothing quite that good. And the Optiarc 720x series gave me problems at the layer break.
