need Firmware Optiarc RW AD-7583S

Hi CDFreaks,

I could not find any suitable firmware neither on Sony/NEC website nor on QSI. Does anybody have further informations?

The problem is that I cannot write DVD+R DL Discs. It breaks right at the beginning when it starts to burn the LeadIn.

Post brand and mediacode/MID of the DLs, I'm sure that they are the real problem!

Unless they are Verbatim DL, it is so.
