I changed the region for my dvd drive and now it wount change back, read or write. please assist

AD-7701H is an Optiarc drive. So you should be able to reset the region counter with Binflash once it's locked. Or you use an RPC1 or Auto-Reset firmware from here. Just create a backup/dump of your current firmware first.
