Dual Layer Burning Problem!

I cant manage to burn Dual Layer dvds!
I have NEC ND3500AG dvd burner which supose should burn dual layer. dvd media which I use to burn is traxdata dvd+r dl 8.5 GB and according to this site

this cd works great!

I tryed to burn with several burnig software and none of them works which indicate that problem is somewhere else, but where?

When I trying to burn with nero I get following message (see picture bellow)

what does this mean "NO SEEK COMPLETE" and "COULD NOT PERFORM START OF DISC-AT-ONCE" ???

btw I used latest nero and first 2.16 and then 2.17 firmware

I don;t believe they support those discs correctly yet.. try the verbatim mkm 001 dl discs and it should work fine.

You must install some clone firmware supporting RitekD01 media code,
has 2.F8 MadDog firmware or 2.C8+modified firmware.

I did as u said ItalianJob, but still no success . then I installed Liggy's beta8 driver and I could perform burning, but after 5 minutes of burning I got almost same message as before. what more can I do?

btw here is my pc spec:

Soltek P4 478 socket,P4 1,8 Ghz
1024mb DDR 233, 200gb ATA133,
NEC-ND3500AG, winxp sp2
