Nero Express Burn Fail

I have some VTS files that are 4.72kb in a folder which I am desperately trying to burn to a disc to watch on my dvd player to watch on telly...

When I open this it does so in Nero Express Essentials SE and I can see all my VTS files and I press the NEXT button...then I press the BURN button but this is where I get the following burn fail message:

DVD - Video Files Compliance Test failed. The resulting DVD - Video might be unplayable. Do you want to continue?

The first time I said yes and it started to burn but stopped shortly after and the disc is a coaster.
I am not sure what is happening.
Can someone help please?

That doesn't make sense. Do you have a VIDEO_TS folder with VOBs in it (among other things)?

I agree, it makes no sense. I'm learning and am finding it all a bit too difficult but am trying to understand it.
I will have to have another look at it and try and make more sense. Sorry, it probably is easy once you know how but I do struggle!!

Another problem is not having enough time to sit and really work at it...
But, as I mentioned, I will keep trying.
