Error burning with Nero 6 Ultra Edition - Nero Recode 2

In the past month, I have not been able to burn a dvd successfully. I've been receiving this message located below. I use Ripit4me, DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink and Nero Expres and tried Nero Recode 2 to burn a dvd. I even tried to reboot my computer and I still get this message. Any help would be appreciated.
