Google The Pirate Bay.

Find a torrent with A good amount of Seeders (S) not too many Leechers (L) click Download Torrent. Then go to Bittorrent downloader and click file open torrent. I don't use Bittorrent downloader so I wouldn't know. Thats just how most torrent apps work.
