Azureus Torrent Problem

Music Downloads, File Sharing and Legal issues Discuss, Azureus Torrent Problem at Movies & Music forum; I'm using Windows XP w/ SP2 and Azureus 2.4.0.2 and I'm downloading a 7.47 GB file. After I got a disk read error on one of the files in my torrent, the percent downloaded seems to have reset itself back to 8%. The amount downloaded still shows the correct amount,

I'm using Windows XP w/ SP2 and Azureus 2.4.0.2 and I'm downloading a 7.47 GB file.

After I got a disk read error on one of the files in my torrent, the percent downloaded seems to have reset itself back to 8%. The amount downloaded still shows the correct amount, but everything else is based on the reset percentage.

Any ideas why this happened and how to correct it?

Run a scandisk and see if there are errors on the HD. I don't know how Azureus tracks percentages but if it's reading the file size and a sector has an error that could be the problem.
