The combination works with me is burn with Liteon 52327s and Pioneer DVR-108, and play in Pioneer DVR-108 only

Your best bet is using the latest CloneCD along with teh Protected Game profile. This will produce an emulated copy, so make sure you have hide CDR media enabled.
