Problem burning Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, Need help

Hi, I'm having trouble making a copy of Rollar Coaster Tychoon 2. It has securom 4.8 and I have burned games with this protection before, so I don't understand why this isn't working. The drives I have are a Nec DVD-RW ND2500A and a Plextor Premium.

Both drives are having trouble creating a BWA file using BWA builder 4. It just stays at 0.0% until I press cancel.

When I try to making an image of the cd using my plex preimum, this happens:

I can make an image fine with my Nec, and I used that image with a BWA file from the internet to create my copy, but I don't understand what's wrong with my Plextor. Could it be some kind of setting I accidentally changed? Anybody have an idea what could be wrong? THanks for the help.

Note: I also tried burning the disc with my plex preimium using the blindwrite 4 method but the progress bar does not move. I'm using firmware 1.6 btw.
