The way to copy PS1, PS2 CDs is to use Clone CD (whatever version). Make a new profile and use the following settings: READ: Data Read Settings: Check Read Subchannel Data From Data Tracks, Regenerate Data Sectors and Read Speed Data Max. Audio Read Settings:Check Read Subchannel Data From Audio Tracks, Read Speed Audio Max, Audio Extraction Quality Medium(Fast) and leave Only Read The First Session unchecked. Error Handling:Fast Error Skip Settings Off and everything else unchecked. WRITE: Write Speed 24x, Check Don't Repair Subchannel Data and Always Close Last Session. You cannot play the games without a modchip. I was searching for a way to play them without a modchip some years ago and I didn't find a way in many sites I visited. It's impossible. But by doing what I told you, you will be able to play your games if you put a modchip. If you don't follow the steps I told you with Clone CD the games will not play even if you have a modchip installed. As I know good CDs are the Verbatim for PS1 and PS2 but everything will play I believe. I use TDK mostly. There must be a way to copy them with Nero but I don't know it. The easiest to use program for 1:1 copies is Clone CD I believe. You can download it from the web page: www.slysoft.com/download/SetupCloneCD.exe I hope I covered you.

If you want to copy ps2 games correctly the proper way is going to cost about 80 bucks. First, dont waste your money on a mod chip. They void your warranty. No, what u should do is buy swap magic. Here is a link to a website you an buy it on. http://www.modchipstore.com/Swap-Mag...ine-16153.html. Otherwise ebay it. Second you should buy a copying software. Game Copy Pro works best for me but you can use Roxio,Nero, or Alcohol 120. Once you have all this you can insert you game and copy it in one of the choices above. After your game is copied you need to learn how to use your swap magic unless you already know how unless you have a mod chip which a highly dont recommend. Once the swap magic is in and working your ready to play your free games. Spending the money now is worth it because eventually, the stuff will pay for itself.
