Age of mythology wont run?

I was trying to install age of mythology onto my HP laptop that runs Vista. I did get it installing but the first disc was NOT completed and I turned off my computer midway through out the installation. The next day I tried to continue the installation but when I put in the disc, nothing came up. So, I went into "My Computer" and it did know that age of mythology was in the drive. I clicked open and that screen a came up where you have the option to "Allow or Cancel". I clicked allow again but still nothing comes up.

How do I fix this?

Do I have to stop something from running or open it a different way? I can't run as admin because its not installed yet.
