| Lite-On SHW-1635S YS0Y , 4194 MB Got some 8x +R true TY printables (as price is not much more than Verb-TY's), bought from SVP. Burnt in LITE-ON DVDRW SHW-1635S Firmware YS0Y Burnt @ 6x MID: YUDEN000 T02 These have a much cleaner graph than Verb or Pano branded T-Y discs I normally use, for about a penny or two more per disc! | NEC DVD+RW ND-2100AD (106F), 4482 MB Burned @ 4x with CD-DVD Speed MID: YUDEN000 T02 Sold as "Sony AccuCORE 8x DVD+R" in 25-pack spindle  The result is as expected in the chart above (with a PI spike and a small PIF clump near the end of the disc) because the NEC burner (which was pulled from a Dell Dimension 8300) used a generic write strategy with this media. It's still well within the DVD-Video standards for a good burn, nonetheless. |
