LiteOn SHW-16H5S, Firmware LS0W, 6574MB Jade Empire backup.
Burned in BlindWrite with a selected speed of 4X. It took about 20 mins to burn though, so it actually wrote at 8X.
Sold as AOne 8X DVD+R DL in a 10 disk spindle.
