Target Size is too small
| CloneDVD Discuss, Target Size is too small at Movie copy software forum; I tried to copy an original 6.1 GB DVD Settings are on default (Target: DVD-5) And at 99% i got this error I tried to copy this with Intervideo DVD Copy 2 It made it without errors , but the compressed files are 6.1 GB ! I ask, why?? |

| "an original 6.1 GB DVD" Could you be so kind to name the title, region code, version (widescreen, normal, etc.), if you used DVDDecrypter or AnyDVD, etc, etc.

| I tried to copy the Blind Guardian Imaginations through the Looking glass DVD Latest AnyDVD is running at the background I have the latest Clone DVD 2 , too Everything worked well, Clone DVD2 started to do the DVD files to the HDD from the DVD At 99%, it stopped (target size is too small error) I set to the default (DVD-5), so it should compress to fit to one disc size.... But it can't I tried a lot of sotwares, finally DVD Shrink did the work But the quality is not so high.... |

| I tried it today evening again I just ripped the DVD to the HDD with Smartripper You know, it kills region code and Macrovision, but only these No compression. So, I tried to compress DVD with Clone DVD 2 from HDD to HDD I didn't start any other software The same error - target size is too small I sent the error.log to the address you gave me I installed a Nero Recode 2 - and I did my copy without any problem :-) |
