which version of clonedvd are you using? clonedvd or clonedvd2?
And which revision number of the software are you using?

Probably it is not a CloneDVD problem. If it always happens at 76% it could have something to do with the files CloneDVD writes to your harddrive. Try to simply copy at least 4GB from some other source (you may duplicate your DVDDecrypter ripped files) to the output directory you used in CloneDVD.
Perhaps even the copying process fails.
