Alan the download version is 2.9.2.1 using your link or going to Slysoft downloads. You have any idea why? Also 2.9.2.1 is not even in the change log but yet you have it listed in the sticky here........

Well the download file is fixed now so i guess they fingered it out.

I just used the same link and got 2.9.2.2. They updated on their fornt page also.

i am running the clone dvd and when i finish with the actual dvd and i go to add my DVD +RW in it to copy i get and error and it tells me the file is to big to be copied and this has just recently started never had a problem with it before. what can i do to fix that because now i cannot copy over the menu and special feautre options

That means your RW media is to small you should get DL media RW media isn't the best for burning movies. ie meaning the source is dvd9 and your trying to go to dvd5 without compression otherwise you have to use CloneDVD to compress it to fit onto a dvd5 media. If you didn't notice already movies come in dvd5 or dvd9 format....

I would love to see a new update for this program.

I get the same error message, "source data too large", on two different computers using four different DVD burners every time I try to clone a DVD ever since upgrading to this version.

Please don't offer me any the remedial suggestions that I need to choose DVD-5 or that I need to upgrade either the software or firmware for anything, or that I need to delete other video-related softwares. I have already done all of that.

I have been very successfully using ALL of Slysoft's products for almost two years now and have not had an issue like this in that period of time. I really need an answer to this problem that doesn't treat me like a novice. I am not.

I see this problem on every cloneDVD forum I have visited but so far no one has come up with an answer other than the silly remedial offerings.

That kinda response most likely won't give you much help... So then give us a list of what you done if you said you done it all?? Have you even email slysoft asking them?
