Clone DVD Mobile & Pirates Dead mans chest

Hello, I am not sure if this is considered a problem or not but this is what happened.
I backed up Pirates of the carribean curse of the black pearl and got the update any dvd promt. I waited till the back up was complette then updated any dvd. It did not promt me to reboot but I rebooted anyways. I then backed up Pirates of the caribbean dead mans chest.
Both files backed up fine. I went to transfer them to my Creative Zen Vision W and Pireates of the caribbean curse of the black pearl tranfered to my Zen fine but Pirates of the caribbean dead mans chest would not transfer. I got a prompt saying my player didnt support the format that the movie was in. I checked the file of both movies and they both have the .AVI extension. The only difference is pirates of the caribbean cure of the black pearl shows when you have you mouse pointer over the file Type,Duration,Bit rate, Dimension, and size. Pirates of the caribbean dead mans chest only shows Type and size. Did the information get lost in the transfer? or did the update of any dvd mess things up? I am in the process of converting the file into wmv. After that is done I will try another dvd to see if its a problem with the software ( clone mobile) or the DVD (dead mans chest. Thanks.

Well I was able to convert the file to .wmv and it plays on my Vision W but it took 5 hours to convert!

Well it seems like its Clone DVD mobile that dose not like the DVD Pirates of the carribean Dead Mans Chest. Although it backed it up it didnt back it up in a format my Vision W player could read and had to be converted. I have backed up Two more movies and they backed up fine and transfered over to my Vision W without any Problems. The Movie The Patriot had a error and I reported that Error to Slysoft and is in another thread here. Just watned to keep everyone updated.

Any Input would be appreciated.
