You need to split your file into pieces as big as the disc capacity and perhaps label them in some way (by adjusting the file name or extension) so that correct sequence is always known. Basically, there is nothing in the NeroSDK that can aid you in this process. It is a pretty unusual requirement so you have to do everything manually.
