standalone dvd player drive
I have a couple of X-wave dvd players same model and both are dead? and both show the same symptoms. I am going to try to add one or both of the drives to my computer using adapters for IDE to USB.
However, I can't find any information on the drive. The model # on the drive is DL-505.
The back looks like a standard dvd rom drive, but there are no markings on how to make the drive primary or secondary. There is also no button to eject the tray.
Anyone help with setting up the drive to master/sec. and a way to add a eject button, other than just using a sotware program.
