PC Restarts on it own

I have recently upgraded to Windows Vista 32bit Ultimate (Not recomended) and now my PC Starts up on its own after I shut down.

This didn't occur when I used XP but I can't be sure if this a hardware or software problem

I haveIntel P4 3.0 with 2gig of ram and a ATI 1950 Grafics Card 500meg on board.

I haven't tried upgrading the Bios on the MB that maybe the answer, but it also may be a setting in the BIOS that need changing.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

What chipset does your mobo have? I tried RC2 on an AthlonXP SocketA board with ALi chipset and it didn't shut down properly.

Or maybe you should try a clean install, there's a trick for that on the web when you have the upgrade version.

u need to look at settings on usb wake and wake on lan
