how to update graphics card bios

i want to know how to update bios of 3d video card ???
i have update my motherboard bios ...that was very easy.....just downloaded s/w from intel website and then run setup from os ....
now i want to update my graphics card ......and by the way i will any benifit or increase in performance by updating ??

i am using geforce 2 400mmx old card

You won't need and you would most likely only kill the card if you do it.

I think this card is just too obsolete for any tweaks, but you could search anyway of course...
