| Help needed with cdRW/dvd sbw242b Help Please, I had a major windows crash on my Packard bell Easy note, so decided to install win xp pro from scrach. Since the install my drive will no longer see DVDs (data or films) although it both reads & writes cds no prob. I am no slouch when it comes to computers and have tried all the obvious things but this one has got me well and truly beat. Even a clean install with xp has the same prob, no dvd read. Any help with this one please!  |
