I believe you need software from Canon to reset the ink pad full error code for that printer. Here is a link where you might be able to download it: http://software.canon-europe.com/sof...649.asp?model= The file name you are looking for is mypwin210aen.exe or mypwin210en.exe i don't know which version will work best for you. If these don't work then try calling Canon for information on where to find the proper program.
