Can you synchronise PCs?

General Hardware Forum Discuss, Can you synchronise PCs? at Computer Hardware forum; Lappy and desktop are networked and all files are shared, but is there a way I can synchronise them so that and documents, changes, bookmarks, etc. I've done during the day will transfer over to the other? That's all.
