Hi Guys,

I have tried everything to get this drive working to no avail, I have even tried to update the firmware as a last resort which I really didn't want to do but had to try something.

Still the burner does not see any disc inserterted in it.

Everything says the drive is working correctly but nothing works in it.

Please let me know what you need me to do to help gets this work before it goes out the window.

That looks like a BenQ 1620 OEM drive. Which firmware version did you flash it with? Can you post a Nero InfoTool log to show us a bit more info about your setup (Start -> Programs -> Nero -> Nero Toolkit -> Nero InfoTool)?
