| Most likely because of the CD-R discs you use. Try other/better quality CD-R discs.

| Are you burning DAO or TAO? My old AOpen 1232 wouldn't burn DAO after a year of use, so you should try burning TAO if you were using DAO. |

| Sauda? Hm that's not that far from here. I live at the westside of Norway (in Rogaland, a city called Sandnes close to a larger city called Stavanger). btw, writers based on the richo chipset like the one you have is very picky about media
